We accept returns if:

- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to manufacturing or display differences.

Contact Us First
Email us at shop@zyntiva.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem

Approval & Instructions
Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. -
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases where we made a mistake or the product is faulty.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time:

- We will investigate with our shipping partners and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
